"Pretty straightforward booking, though extras add up"
I booked through britishairways.com and appreciated that most of the fees were shown before I paid. The process was easy enough, and there weren’t any major surprises at checkout, which I always like. That said, seat selection and baggage charges can add up quickly, so the total ended up being higher than I first expected. I do wish more was included in the ticket price, but overall it felt transparent and fair enough. I came away feeling okay about it, even if not exactly thrilled.

"Delay was handled well"
Our trip was delayed, which wasn’t ideal, but the staff did a good job keeping us updated. I’m not totally sure they could’ve done much more, and it made the wait a bit less frustrating

Umm, my refund actually got sorted quicker than I expected. The money came back okay, and the updates were clear enough along the way. Really wasn’t much of a hassle.

"Lost bag, but handled better than I expected"
My suitcase didn’t show up after my flight to London, and I definitely remember feeling stressed at the airport. I don’t remember every little detail now, but the part that stuck with me is that the staff logged it quickly and gave me a reference number so I could check updates online. British Airways found the bag the next day and sent it to my hotel. I vaguely remember being on hold for a while, which wasn’t fun, but everyone I actually spoke to was helpful and calm. i expected the whole thing to be much worse, so looking back, I’m happy with how they handled it.

"Smooth boarding with BA"
Boarding my BA flight was a smooth experience overall. The staff called the groups clearly, and the line actually moved quicker than I expected. There was a bit of crowding around the gate, but it wasn’t a big deal. All in all, it was a good experience.

"Smooth trip with British Airways"
Flew with British Airways last week it was a really easy experience. Both flights left on time and even landed a little early, so there was no hanging around or unnecessary stress. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re after a straightforward, hassle-free flight

"Food was just okay, but the drinks were decent"
I stopped by and thought the food was just okay. Nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out either. The drinks were fine and probably the better part of the visit. Compared to a few other spots nearby, I’d say the food here doesn’t quite measure up, but it’s still an alright place if you’re mainly going for drinks.

"I had to cancel my flight…"
I had to cancel my flight at the last minute and expected it to be a hassle, but it was sorted out quicker than I thought. The refund details were explained clearly, so I wasn’t left guessing. Compared to some other airlines and booking sites I’ve dealt with, this felt much less stressful and more straightforward

"Actually felt looked after for once"
Flew with British Airways last week i was ready for something to go wrong because that always seems to be my luck when travelling. But to be fair, the staff were great. Check-in was surprisingly calm, the cabin crew were polite and clearly knew what they were doing. I had a small question about my seat, which normally turns into a whole hassle for me, but they sorted it quickly without making me feel like I was being difficult. For once, I actually felt well looked after the whole way.

"Pretty straightforward to use"
I used britishairways.com recently to book a flight and, from what I needed, it was easy. The dates, prices, and flight times were all clear enough, and I didn’t feel like I had to keep clicking around to find basic info. I also went back in to manage the booking and found the seat options and baggage details without much trouble. Payment went through fine too, so overall I was happy with it. Can’t really comment on anything more complicated, but for a normal booking it worked well

"Easy enough to rebook, but a bit disappointing"
I had to change my trip at the last minute and, to be fair, British Airways made the rebooking process straightforward online. I expected to pay a fare difference, so that wasn’t really a surprise. Still, it took me longer than it should have to find the right option, which was a bit frustrating. Overall it worked out, but I was a little disappointed that it wasn’t smoother.

"Avios Have Been a Nice Little Perk"
I’ve been using the BA frequent flyer programme for a few years now, mostly because I travel to see family a couple of times a year, and it’s actually been useful. The Avios have built up faster than I thought they would, and I’ve managed to use them for a couple of decent upgrades, which made those trips feel a bit more special. It’s not flawless, but overall I’ve been really happy with it.

"Cheaper Than I Expected"
I’m usually a little suspicious when companies make a big deal about “great fares” and all that polished marketing talk, but in this case the price was actually decent. My trip ended up costing less than I expected, so I can’t really complain.
