"Actually really impressed with BA"
Actually really impressed with BA, we had flights booked to Hong Kong which were obviously cancelled. I rang their customer services line, obviously on hold for a little while (understandably) but when I got through, spoke to a charming man who issued a full refund no questions asked!

"Quickest airline refund"
Quickest airline refund I have received!
Booked return flights but unfortunately due to lockdown I decided not to go (and one flight also got cancelled).
Had to ring to request a refund (online it only gives you the option to change or request a voucher). Received my refund within days which I was very pleased with as I am still waiting for other airlines to refund for flights back in March. Partner had also booked different flights with BA, and also received his refund within days.

“Virtually impossible!!! Inadequate call attendants & phone lines. Their website makes it seriously difficult to lodge complaints. Backward customer service!!”
